Employees are eligible for benefits after successful completion of a three-month introductory period.  Employees who work over 20 hours per week are eligible for Health and Vision Insurance.  Full-time benefits include Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, and Short and Long Term Disability Insurance.  Full-time employees also accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Sick Bank (ESB) hours.  Part-time employees also accrue PTO hours.  All employees are eligible to participate in Direct Deposit, A Flex Spending Account and the 401K Retirement plan.
