EmploymentBenefits  Employees are eligible for benefits after successful completion of a three-month introductory period. Employees who work over 20 hours per week are eligible for health and vision insurance. Full-time benefits include health insurance and vision insurance. In addition, full-time employees are eligible for short and long term disability insurance and term life insurance, both of which are paid in full by the Sisters of St. Joseph. Full-time employees also accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Sick Bank (ESB) hours. Part-time employees also accrue PTO hours. All employees are eligible to participate in Direct Deposit, a Flex Spending Account and a 401K retirement plan.
