Spiritual Direction

“Within each of us lies the desire to find meaning beyond the moment . . . to discover our true selves . . .to grow closer to God and to one another.  A spiritual director can help you satisfy that longing.” -Spiritual Directors International

Spiritual Direction is defined as help given by one person to another.  It enables that person to pay attention to God’s personal communication to him or her.  It helps a person attend to life, clarify his or her experience of God, and to consciously live out that
awareness daily.
